New Creation Cosmetics Mascaras are available in black and come in two types of formulas, superlash and waterproof. The superlash formula has keratin and panthenol to condition the lashes. The waterproof will not run or smudge. Tip: Mascara!! What a difference mascara makes on your eye once you put it on! Waterproof is highly recommended for brides as it won't run or smudge on a day that is busy and emotional and where you need to look your very best all day!
