Eyeshadows
New Creation Cosmetics Eyeshadows are made from oil free powders that are triple milled to get the silkiest texture and finest application. There is a wide array of colors from dark coffee brown to light bisque, from deep plum to pink ice and from deep sea blue to sapphire! I carry shades that span the full color spectrum! Tip: I find when it comes to eye shadows many women just take one shade and put it all over their eyelid. Usually because they are in a hurry. The key is mixing the right color palette of shadows together at least 2-3 to get a nice blended natural look.
